These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the She Is Community 14-Day Challenge (“the Challenge”) organised by She Is Community (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing and/or joining the Challenge, you agree to the following:

1. Product Description

The Challenge includes:

• 14 daily tasks and routines across five life areas

• Access to a private Telegram community

• Optional weekend rituals

• Friend-invite promotion (“One Friend Free”)

• Access to digital materials such as trackers, instructions, and routines

This is a digital product. No physical items are shipped.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have Telegram installed to access the community

• Have a stable internet connection

3. Price & Payment

• The Challenge fee is €28 unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed through our selected payment provider (e.g., Stripe, Gumroad).

• All payments must be completed before gaining access to the Telegram community.

4. “Friend Joins Free” Promotion

After purchasing the Challenge:

• You will receive a unique invite link for one friend.

• Your friend can join the community free of charge.

• The link is valid for one person only.

• Sharing the link publicly or inviting multiple people is not allowed.

We reserve the right to revoke access if the promotion is abused.

5. Access to the Telegram Community

• Access is granted after successful payment.

• You must follow community rules (respectful behaviour, no spam, no harmful content).

• We may remove participants who violate rules without refund.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, only if:

• You have not joined the Telegram group yet, and

• You have not accessed the digital materials.

Once you join the Telegram group or download materials, no refunds are available, as it becomes a delivered digital product.

7. Use of Materials

All challenge materials (PDFs, texts, tasks, trackers, graphics) are:

• For personal use only

• Not to be shared, copied, resold, or distributed publicly

We retain all intellectual property rights.

8. Results Disclaimer

The Challenge offers guidance and structured tasks. Your personal progress depends on your own commitment and effort.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes

• Mental, emotional, or physical results

• Professional or medical improvements

The Challenge is a self-development journey, not therapy or professional coaching.

9. Privacy & Data

By joining, you agree that:

• We may contact you by email or Telegram regarding the Challenge

• Your data is handled according to applicable privacy laws

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Removal from the Program

We may remove participants from the Challenge or Telegram group if they:

• Break community rules

• Share paid materials

• Harass or harm other members

• Misuse the friend-invite system

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are published on the website.
